Looks great! But the bag doesn't come with feet does it? Does anyone know how difficult it is to get feet added to a tote bag?
Nope this one doesnt, i think most similar coated canvas totes (like the goyard moynat, LV, faure le page ones) were made without feet..i assume its to keep it light weight and casual. Not sure how difficult it would be though to get it added!

Hi! I am new to this thread and wanted some thoughts on the Bregnancon vs. The Vincennes. I’m partial to the Bregnancon, and I am considering one of two. It looks like it’s sold out online, so I’ve been looking at other carriers. Any thoughts or opinions are welcomed and much appreciated :)

I really love the dark brown with the Moreau signature pattern on the inside. I feel like that is a classic color that will have a lot of mileage. Both are beautiful.

I’d suggest the Vincennes, not just because I own one, but because it’s super light weight yet durable. The Bregnancon I believe is quite heavy. Of course, what I think is heavy maybe okay for you. However, comparing the two, Vincennes is lighter. Both bags are of neutral colours, so you can’t go wrong colour wise.

Thank you for your insights, very helpful. The Bregnancon looks like it’s more heavy duty, which I like. I was concerned that the Vincennes would be flimsier. I’ve also noticed that on Moreau’s website, there aren’t any Bregnancons available, only through third party retailers. I understand that all the bags are handmade and hand stitched, but is is common for the bags to not be available and become available later, or should I take this as a sign that the line is not being carried anymore?

Unfortunately, I can‘t comment on the availability of specific lines of bags. However, I can say from my personal experience, Vincennes is super lightweight, but it’s not flimsy. I have put a laptop, wallet, keys and a bunch of other things in there and the bag has held up well. I don’t suggest you doing this on a regular basis though because 1. likely you want to keep the bag in good shape and condition 2. it’s too heavy to carry on the shoulders.
