Warning to anyone who is contemplating to purchase shoes or bags from Jimmy 's online store. They do not return Custom's Duties and taxes for your returned merchandise, they just pocket that money for their "trouble".
It is known that custom duties and taxes are 100% refundable on all returned merchandise in EU, but Jimmy Choo ignores that and makes it their policy to rip off their online clientele.
Buyer be ware.

i purchased a jimmy choo purse for my girlfriend online, but not on jimmy choo online. I don't think it comes in a jimmy choo gift box, so my question is there anyway or anywhere i could get one? this is my girlfriends first Jimmy and she loves to have the dust bags/box for our closet to look at and store unused items. Can anyone help me locate a box?! Thanks! :D:D:D

Hmmm. You could try calling a boutique...not sure if they will send one or not since you did not get it there. I have never gotten a box with any of my bags, just shoes and wallets. I got a dustbag shipped to me from one of the boutiques in Las Vegas a few years ago.

thanks for the help, i will try and call to see if they would be able to send me a box as soon as i receive it in the mail. Odd you've never gotten a box, they do offer boxes, no?:smile1:
