Weird, so they sent you the complete wrong order?! They do this often?! ('As suspected'?!)Did you also order the light pink camera bag or are you referring to the mailbox bag? I ordered the pink camera bag from Saks and, as suspected, that’s not what came.
If you have the actual style number for the light pink camera bag, could you please let me know that one too (the rose gold mailbox is already on order based on your pics)
Too bad I just bought the melon Swagger. I love this color. Do you remember what color the inside was?
Saks has the listing wrong. They have pictures and details for the pink kisslock camera bag, but the title and price is for the signature bag with patchwork.
That can't possibly be the new Mandarin color, can it? The color in your pic is so very different from the Coach online picture.
I didn't look at the inside. If I go back soon, I'll take a look.
I called today to inform Sak’s of the issue. They offered a discount if I wanted to keep the bag that I received or they would schedule a return pickup. Unfortunately, the bag that I received isn’t my style so I chose the return pickup.
It's not even the same bag in a different color and they want you to keep it?!! So weird.
It was more like “if you happen to like the style that you got and want to keep it, we’ll give you a discount.” The CS agent was very nice and in no way pressured me to keep it. If it had been something I was interested in, I would’ve considered taking them up on that offer.

You would not believe how comfy. Warning. If you’re considering these...They run a size big and are wide. This was a second order. I had to return my usual size and go down a size. That is NOT a complaint. I love that these are not tight in the width and I think that is why they are so comfy. [emoji7]
