So, I saw in the store this last Friday. Of all the items in the store, the SA picked this piece up and walked over to show this to me. I walked away from it, and you know the rest of the story...I could NOT stop thinking about it all weekend. Went back to the store yesterday and decided to give this little treasure a new home.

If you have not seen this “wallet on chain” in person, you’ve basically not seen it. I’ve been waiting forever for Coach to put their 1941 tea rose spin on a WOC and this mixed metal and brass on leather just takes it to the next level. It is a bag for your basics, as they call it, a “grab and go”. [emoji175]

@brutie55 My picture is not very accurate for the colors... but I should point out that the coin purse and the Rogue are not made of the same style leather. The coin purse is pebbled leather and feels soft and is more bright silver grey in color. The Rogue is smooth leather and it is a dark silvery blueish grey and it is burnished as well. My SA called it "moody" which I really like. It is almost like the sky during a thunderstorm. You have to see it in person, I was not expecting what I saw when she brought the bag out. It truly is amazing. So the 2 items are similar but are not identical as the textures and the colors are different. I even noticed that the glitter around the heart was more gold on the pouch and more black/silver on the Rogue. I don't know if it varies from pouch to pouch as I only saw the one. I did not bring home that pouch because I ordered one online so it is being shipped to me.

What a great description, thank you so much! That really helps me envision what it will look like. I am not much of a blue person, so that is why I was hoping for more of a silver tone, with maybe purplish undertones. I will have to get it home and decide. I wish we knew what other colors might be offered in the future! I also noticed that the size description varies from the Coach website to the Neiman Marcus website. Is it the exact same measurements as the Rogue 25? I'm thinking the Neiman Marcus website description is inaccurate.

You are welcome, it is really hard to describe. I wouldn't say you notice the blue, it is just a blue undertone to the grey. It is most definitely a dark thunderstorm grey. LOL. I also saw some little tiny sparkles in the leather too, maybe it was just the metallic treatment I could see. It was quite pretty. As far as sizing goes, I think it is the same size as my other Rogue 25 that I have. I did not put them next to each other but it seemed the right size to me. I think the department store descriptions never seem 100% accurate so I wouldn't go by that as gospel.

That is a gorgeous KH Rogue, you just purchased, Bluesh4rk. I just went to my Coach store and purchased the KH Black Doggie charm for my Black Edie 42 (what a great combo!). I saw your new stunner in person and it is really a standout bag. The SA described the color as an "oilslick," and I think that is pretty close to being accurate. It is a difficult color to describe as it has a slight shimmer to it with its color gradation. It is a subtle coloration that will go with many other colors. If it came in the larger size, I think I might have done something naughty, like purchase it on the spot! Enjoy it! It is a beautiful bag.

I am seriously jealous. You build your coach collection with the best pieces by picking up the items carefully. I need to learn from you.
I've bought too much in a short period of time (over $4000 on coach purse last year), so now I have to slow down. I really like this KH 25 metallic color, but still couldn't pull the trigger, mainly because I expanded my collect too fast. I really don't need tea rose rogue in two different sizes but I bought 2, I really don't need one more plain rogue, but I still bought it. Now I can't put myself over the fence of buying another rogue.

Enjoy your new KH Rogue. I just checked online for the Black Prairie Mailbox bag, and it is gone from the Coach website, and so is the Saddle colored Mailbox bag at Neiman Marcus. These bags are flying off the shelves. I will have to purchase the light pink bag I want as soon as it appears.

Aw, I still feel like my collection is growing pretty fast. This will be my 5th Coach bag since July 2017. And I just calculated how much and it's about $2000 even though I bought all of mine on sale or discount prices. And the KH will be my second Rogue 25. THe regular size Rogue I think is too big and heavy for me. Although I wouldn't mind a suede Rogue...

I'm debating about the saddle mailbox bag. It's one of those I have to see in person. Coach is definitely killing it this year!
