Thx SEWDimples, you are so sweet!

Actually, all is not well...my mother died suddenly last week from a heart attack. :crybaby: She had a wondeful, productive 93 years with our family and we’re all grieving, but her health in the last few months had deteriorated and none of it was reversible, so under the circumstances it WAS a relief that her ailments are over. It’s so hard to believe that she’s gone but we’re all supporting each other — her memorial service isn’t until the end of the month because it’s difficult to schedule a time that works for everyone; family and friends live on both coasts.

I hope you are doing well!

Re: pics for the KH hearts Rogue...I will post a few pics later tonight, but I’m finding it very challenging to capture the true shade of this bag’s gray color and the heart sequins are even more difficult — they are holographic sequins, so the lighting, reflection and colors vary constantly with just a tiny move of the lens. It’s such a PIA to capture, but I’ll do my best. I LOVE this bag and can’t wait to break her in. It’s my first Rogue 25, which is too small for me in general, but I’ll wear her as a large crossbody, when I’m not lugging too much.

K.E.W., I just wanted to say how sorry I am to hear about your mom. She certainly lived to a beautiful age and how fortunate you all are to have had her presence for so many years. I'm glad your family is able support one another during this time...part of your dear mom's legacy.

@bluesh4rk; @Harley77 ; @fayden
Today I asked (about why the Harings weren't online for me to read about, forcing me to show up at the store on my way home) and they said they should be out 3/1, and that this showing was just for the event there last Friday, which they had put back! (!?) They're getting so stealth/complicated about this! :eek:

@K.E.W. , I'm so sorry for your loss-how devastating. I couldn't find your original post on this, since I read these threads on the subway, the pages don't all fully load or 'take' my replies. It's so nice that your family can all be there though- when my father passed, I met and got to know some of THE kindest relatives I had no idea about. A beautiful thing at such a sad time for everyone. My thoughts are with you.

Where was this at? Was the whole KH collection available? Any pictures?
Yes, the entire collection! They also have more coming out later, as in the brochure. (So I guess I really mean, there's a 'now' Haring set; and a 'later' set...) They curated an event here in Manhattan, just to show the new line. Today when I returned to look at/BRING HOME the KH rogue 25 :nuts::nuts::nuts: I asked a ton of Qs since it hadn't occurred to me that they weren't out on the floor yet. They actually removed them to release when it's 'time' on 3/1, so no pics, sorry! I'd figured SOMEONE would've taken pics! I was too busy chomping macarons & sipping champagne...:nuts: They're all so sweet & helpful there.

can someone post a side by side of the rogue dark denim and the rogue prussian blue/black western whipstich. I saw an earlier post offering to do sombut I cannot find it now. BTW the customer service says you can no longer call and order sale items even if they had 900 turquoise rogues yesterday!
What?! Really?! Why?!!!?? Is this the online hotline, or JAX customer service? Or is that the same #?!

does anybody have the 'double swagger'? i snagged two -- the yellow, which seems to be sold out everywhere, and the black/color-block. and now can't decide which to keep. my family votes are evenly divided. one has to go back!! my dh is usually so conservative but prefers the black one; my daughter really prefers the yellow. the only thing i'm not sure about are the handles; there's no attachment, so they cant fold down like the rogue handles. but i really prefer the smooth leather to the pebbled leather.

there havent been many threads on this style, so i'm curious; do people just not like it? or is the rogue just more popular?

K.E.W. - So sorry to hear about the passing of your mother. Please accept my condolences and I pray for your comfort during this time. I've really missed you on the forum, but I totally understand why you were away. Glad you are back, but I understand the grieving process takes time. Take care of yourself.

Thx again, @SEWDimples! I’ve missed being active on TPF, but due to my disappointment with this past season’s items, I probably would have cut back a bit currently anyway. But it feels great to return!

TPF truly is a lovely, supportive team of caring purse lovers! I look forward to catching up on all the new reveals I’ve missed! :thumbsup:
