Eta: unfortunately, my package arrived and nordstrom sent me the solid white Willis instead of the straw one. I am messaging them now. I am so upset. Unfortunately, because the bag is sold out I can't get a replacement. I have to now deal with the hassle of returning it and waiting a month for a refund. Smh.

No worries. I ordered it again but on Coach. If they send me the right bag I will do the reveal. I decided I couldn't wait anymore so I splurged on it full price. Crossing fingers they send me the wicker.

I am mad at Coach for labeling both of these bags with the same color name (brass/chalk). Why can't it be brass/wicker? No wonder the poor person who packed my package got confused.

They have different style numbers, don't they? If they decided to make another color in wicker, then they would have a problem in naming it if the chalk one was called wicker.

It should have wicker in the name. You can’t confuse that.

Try telling that to the Nordstrom warehouse employee that packed my white Willis. It had the name on there along with the picture, and they still managed to screw it up.

Yes, but I guess I'm just being paranoid. I don't want to go through the hassle of returning the wrong bag again and have my money tied up for God-knows-how-long. I guess I will have to wait and see what happens.

I think at Coach they store them by style number. That is probably all the packer looks at. At Nordstrom, they don't even put the style number on the listing, so they are stored by another inventory method. It's probably not the packer's fault. It's the fault of whoever stocked the warehouse and put it in the wrong slot.
