Not sure. I only wear the bag crossbody and haven't had an issue getting things out. Sitting on my passenger seat my phone is in the outer pocket so not a problem getting it out. I really like the bag so far and am looking at more colors

This bag is gooorgeous and can’t stop looking at it. It says it can be crossbody. Is that true? Coach and their strap descriptions are driving me nuts.

I think the strap is doubled up in the stock pictures.
I have that exact bag on order--I hope the color is that vibrant!
I think this is it--with the strap extended...although it looks really long so I'm not totally sure about it! Is this maybe a crossbody version?

So 3 bags arrived today. The 2 canteens and the Willis 18 in heather grey. I am definitely keeping the Willis 18 although I will have to downsize from my usual mini pochette down to the micro pochette when I carry her.
The squiggle canteen is a no for me. And I haven't opened the wheat canteen yet (got home really late) but peeking at it, it is a very pretty yellow. Pics tomorrow.

OMG, I never saw this post until this morning! I have it held at my local store. Praying hardware is truly dark! Will post pics...
