Your comments are more disgusting than what you consider overweight people to be. I haven't posted on the forum in a long time but I still read the threads I'm interested in, and your comments on this thread left a bad taste in my mouth so I felt that I had to comment. It doesn't seem like you care at all about people "living a healthy lifestyle." You seem to be disgusted about overweight people for your own personal reasons. My guess is you used to be bigger and now you look down on people who still are or you experienced something traumatic in your life that somehow related to this subject so you have a strong opinion on it. Whatever it is, your calling people "gross" and "pigs" is offensive. I cannot believe that there are people who think this way, it really is unfathomable to me.

I feel like saying much more but that would probably get me deleted. Just know that the way you expressed yourself here says a lot more about you than about the people you are criticizing. And for the record, I have never been overweight and neither have any of my family members, so this is not something that I am being directly affected by (aka it does not "strike a nerve"). I just hope that people who directly relate to this subject do not get their feelings hurt by your harsh, heartless words.

Happy thanksgiving to all, and :back2topic:

Welcome to the internet!

I couldn't believe some of the comments in here.. I myself am overweight and mine was because I gained 126 lbs after a horrific car accident and 18 months of learning to walk again. Even though I shouldn't have to explain myself on my weight.. Most people look at me as a "fat" girl who doesn't care about herself when in reality that is not the case. I eat fairly well, work at the gym three days a week, and take very good care of myself with the correct vitamins and supplements. Loosing the weight has been a struggle and I don't think much more pisses me off then superficial people who only look at someone for their body size. Talk about what people have become..

Regardless of the comments, her dress wasn't flattering but I think she's beautiful at any size (Tina)

saw her performance on the voice and it was a mess
I always laugh when people call her the voice of the generation because she is not
No knowledge of musicality , vocal technical understanding , control. Her usual crutch of belting is non existent. She managed to get away with this for so long she believed her own hype and never took the time to work on her voice.
Its really sad because i used to kinda root for this girl but she refuses to learn and train her voice. All those years of screaming has ruined her once beautiful tone.
No comment on her size/weight but i hope that she can work with a stylist to get her more flattering clothes

I don't even think it's that... there are some amazing, brilliant artists who never had a stitch of training, musical knowledge, etc. What really makes them great is their sincerity, and their ability to do what comes naturally for them artistically. Christina doesn't have either of those things.. she tries way, way too hard, she's not sincere, she's defensive as if she's got an army of haters on her back, which she didn't UNTIL she started talking about how she's got so many.

Just FYI the VERY harsh comments were removed, what you see now is not what you get.
Zero more personal comments please.

You rock as usual.
Going back on topic... All the girl singers her age all had some UPS and downs. She doesn't look half bad with the extra weight but she just needs to learn to dress the part. Her style has really fallen off as she always used to.look.edgy but had some class thrown in there. Did she start taking advice from Cher after bourlesque?

Good point! :roflmfao:

Wow after reading comments, I thought I was going to be horrified when I see Xtina's pics. She doesnt look that bad to me, her tanner is too much tho. Being skinny is not a requirement to be a performer and sing. Her body looks fine to me.

Yep she started running with that sob story with her first album
i thinks kids stopped dancing whenever her songs came on / jealous that she could sing

These are great points.

I really think if she had as many haters as she claims she would have sold more records for her last two efforts instead of struggling. Isn't that how it usually works?

I think she has an army of people that have completely lost interest more than anything.

^add me to the list, too. Some people....smh

Wow  some
People...

I hope you are aware that I was obviously speaking about MY German ancestry, not yours or yours or even yours. I never once targeted anyone but myself. I even mentioned that it may be exclusive to me as Heidi Klum is very small. Smh, some people will get offended about absolutely everything. Women, buck up- jeez. It is perfectly alright for me to share my heritage and state that I have to fight MY genetics as I am prone to being larger because MY German family are all pushing 6 feet and very large set people. I only said that I can be fat if I don't work very hard not to be because MY family are all bigger and it was in response to genetics having an effect on weight. My genetics effect mine as do all of ours. I in no way insulted any of you other Germans and your heritage, just my own and my BIG BONES. ridiculous. If your genetics make you prone to being tiny then I envy you! Really. :shucks: but, let me share my heritage without your sensibilities being bothered merely because we share the same heritage remember- we don't share the same genes. It is possible for there to be big Germans, small Germans... Etc etc. as I'm sure you are aware.

SMH

Actually, that is not at all what you said. So I for one am not even going to argue with you, back to Xtina and her orange tan.
How come every girl in the VS shows has a perfect spray on tan and she always looks like she's trying to emulate citrus fruits?
