Seems we are bag twin! May I know how you find black Lindy? Is she feeling boring? I was too excited of the GHW and did not think much about color on Lindy when I buy.Enjoying some frozen yogurt with my Lindy this afternoon.

Your Lindy looks lovely on you however if you're not sure about the color perhaps you should inquire about the etoupe? I do think that although you may have Chanel bags in Noir, the Lindy looks so different that there is no comparison.
Thank you for replying me! I actually tried etoupe clemence Lindy 30 in a reseller shop, but it seems it is not as flattering. I am thinking of getting a Kelly Togo etoupe because I have heard that etoupe on Togo keeps the original color better.
For anyone struggling black or etoupe, I strongly suggest to try etoupe too! My Lindy is black with GHW but still it looks a bit dull and I am thinking of how to save her with twilly and charms.

I love my black Lindy with ghw. While I have plenty of bags in other colors, I use my black bags the most.
PS. I just saw your pic with Etoupe and I love that color as well. I have an Evelyne PM in Etoupe with ghw and it is a wonderful neutral.
Hi all - I was debating on L34 vs 30 FOREVER. I like bigger bags but only if they’re close to my body. I feel like 34 is too boxy and would “stick out” (I’m 5’3”) like a duffle bag. So, 30. I found a Gold 30, a Rose Dragee 30 and a Vert Anis (or Vert Kiwi?) on the second hand market online. I really wanted a “color” or I’d get the gold..... but:
1. Will the Rose Dragee get very dirty?? Color transfer.
2. Is that neon green color waaaaaay to bright? And selective?
3. There WAS a 34 in Havane (Swift).... just say, girl do NOT get a 34!

I just bought my first Lindy--black 26 w PHW. I bought it from a reseller. I had wanted etoupe w gold or a color, but the price was just too good to pass up, even though I'm still swooning from sticker shock and berating myself, because do I really need a new bag? and/ or maybe I should wait until the store is back open . . . ?
By the way, I don't have an everyday bag in black. My bags are Hermes, but all are in a range of colors.
In any event, aside from requesting input on the prudence of my purchase, It Did Not Come With A Dustbag!!!! I got the box, no dustbag. Can anyone tell me what size dustbag should come with a Lindy 26? I'm hoping to find one from another reseller . . .

I had the same black Lindy, just mine is 30 w GHW. planning to save etoupe for a bolide31.
It’s a great staple bag, my only black bags are Chanel classic jumbo and a coco handle
But it seems to me that having no dust bag makes me doubt it authenticity
After all part of the price goes to the shopping experience itself

I am of the same height as you and I got a 30. I m a big bag lover but 30 already feeling a bit bulging from my frame. rose dragee must be a beautiful color. neon green, not that it’s not good, but it may be too sharp on a bag of size 30.
gold will look great, but will you want to reserve gold for other bags, like a gold birkin?

I agree with you about the Bolide 31 in etoupe. It's great staple. Somehow though, I am not as sold on etoupe in the lindy, nor would I do Bolide in black--it's too serious . . .
I have a Picotin 18 in black, brand new in the box! Now I'm thinking I might sell it as it seems like the same overall size as the Lindy 26 and I don't like having a lot of bags. I like having the bags I wear, if that makes sense . . .

Exactly - I like neutrals for the birkin (I mean, it’s too much $ to get something that doesn’t go with everything, right?). I did not pull the trigger on the green.... the Rose dragee.... still absolutely gorgeous. Still terrified of color transfer.
