It's possible that a proportionate strap would have forced the mini-Lindy to be smashed under your armpit, which is why they may have opted for a cross-body/longer strap. Who knows?

They could have kept it the same size as the 26 or a little longer, so it hangs the same as a 26.
I think it's because most mini bags are crossbody design. Either way. It's so cute. I'm in trouble...
Call me old fashion, but to me that’s a contradiction because mini bags are somewhat ‘formal’ and wearing a bag crossbody is very casual.
I think it will break the line of the Lindy to wear it diagonally because of the handles. Plus, when you hand carry it, you’ll have these long shoulder straps dangling from this little bag. I hope they make them detachable.
The long straps kind of defeat the design versatility of the Lindy of being a hand and shoulder carry.
Can’t wait to see someone reveal and mod shot a mini lindy. And also a review perhaps?

I wonder how long the strap is. I must be the only person that a mini Kelly or K25 strap will hang just right at my waist since I'm short. Everything else hits me right at the hip, which makes the bag feels extra heavy. The mini Lindy is cute but wondering if there is a reason that the models were not wearing them as crossbody. Does it make it look less flattering ? Not sure how those handles will look. I still would prefer the 26.

My SA told me a lot of her clients were bugging her about the info about this Lindy since the runway. She doesn’t even know if it’s coming since she doesn’t have the FW look book yet.
That's because podium just started the day after the show and most stores still haven't even gone to podium let alone releasing the look book that's usually only done closer to the actual season.
The mini Lindy is stunning, that's exactly the bag I was waiting for!

I'm not a big fan of lindy.. But this color makes me fall in love.. I can use it for casual style.. Holiday with childrens, cause the bag is so roamy..
