Personally, I feel the K is nice as a small bag, and the B is a tote which looks odd when it's so small.
And when I try on larger K's, it feels awkward to me like how I feel the B25 is awkward.

Ok SUPER giddy here! I’m new to the Hermes forum and I have been lurking here for a few months now. I went to Hermes today to pick up a twilly I ordered online and I decided to also try on the Evelyne in the store because everyone has been recommending it as a solid bag if you have kids. I tried it on and it was beautiful but a little big on me (I’m 5’0).
I’ve always wanted a Lindy but it’s a bit out of my price point at this time, but I decided to have a lil fun and asked if I could try the Lindy 30 that was on display. My SA said she would bring out a Lindy 26 because it would work better with my shorter frame. When she removed the Lindy from the dust bag I actually gasped because I didn’t expect the bag to look so stunning! It was Gris Etain in gold hardware. I tried it on and I knew I had to have it. It just blended in with my casual style. It was one of those insanely expensive impulsive purchases that I knew I would regret if I passed on. (Also the SA kept telling me over and over that it was a rare size and color and she couldn’t promise if I’d be able to find it again, wondering how true that is?) I think they have this combo and color in Lindy 30 size at the SF store if you’re interested.

She is absolutely beautiful and so fun with your twilly too. I have a 26 Gris Etain PHW and like you said, I literally gasped when I saw this color and like you it was such an impulse as I never really considered a Gray in the Lindy. So glad I got it in my collection also. It’s a chameleon, yet softer IMO.
