Hello all. I heard that the new mini Evelyne has a shorter strap now. Is this true? Mine was from June last year and it’s the usual “too long” (for me) strap so I use an after market non-H one. Any idea if I can buy the shorter strap (around 60cm) separately from the boutique??

Yes, the boutique has shorter straps that you can purchase, though I'm not too sure about the range of designs available. Was recently shopping with my SA, and he asked if I'd like to try on a matching shorter strap for my mini Evie. Didn't even know they had these in stock, but ended up getting it and am absolutely loving the look so far!

I saw it online a few days ago for $2600cad..you can do a conversion to get the rough estimate

Thank you! I saw this as well, however the Canadian dollar isn't the best right now. conversion is $1930.80 USD..which is less than a TPM Clemence in the US. I know Maurice costs more than Clemence..just wondering by how much.

What does everyone think about inserts for the Evelyne? I just picked up an Evelyne 33 yesterday and I’m wondering if I should get one. I love the 7RP for my B35, but they’re so pricey. I was thinking more about the need to support the bag vs organization

Thanks! Yeah I was wondering if an insert would make the holes in the H look funny, too. Also, since the bag will likely be stored on its side when not in use, I wondered if the structure would be as important as for a Birkin

Scored another Evelyne from H.com. I once had this one with gold hardware but didn't like it back then because it looked so warm and the strap looked so orange. I let that one go. This gold (B stamp) is way cooler and the strap actually matches the bag. I also prefer palladium hardware.
