Ode to the Evelyne

Hello everyone,

I'm about to get my first Evelyne TPM ( 16 ), I have to choose between those 3, they are all totally what I love in term of color, can I ask what do you think about them ? Is there one most "iconic" that the other ?

My SA text me that they have got an Evelyne TPM in Rose Mexico with palladium.
Do anybody have a picture of an Evelyne in this color?

I know the color from other bag but not from an Evelyne TPM

Has anyone seen Bleu Pale or nata in the tpm

I am pretty sure I saw bleu pale in the tpm. Definitely saw it in PM lately.

Samorga just released a 1.2mm thick felt (instead of normal 2.0mm) that gives the organiser a “slouchy” feel to the bag but still keeping the inside protected. Going to order one now for my gold PM just need to decide on colour and if I want to add any extra pockets as I saw the standard one on website only has two.

Had been waiting for a gold on gold from the local store for months when Hubs saw this at another store and grabbed it for me. Leather in Taurillon Maurice.

Hi everyone! My SA just texted me that an Evelyn Taurillon with Gold hardware is available. Which is a better choice? Gold hardware or the silver? I can’t see it in person. Thank you!

Some might insist that silver/palladium is better suited to a more casual bag like the Evelyne, but I don't think that should matter much. Gold hardware is less common on Evelynes.
I think hardware's mostly a personal preference, with some attention to the color of the bag itself. Gold is great with either, IMO!

I'm so glad you're leaning gold--I'm a sucker for those multicolor straps! They're all stunning, though.

Oh, please share your thoughts on etoupe. I'm eyeing one myself but cannot pull the trigger - too many colors on such a small bag I guess (brown bag, blue strap, white stitching, gold hardware).

I did choose the Gold and I'm so happy Etoupe was nice but as you said, a little busy for such a small bag. Bleu nuit was beautiful in person but I did like less the same color stitching.

The Evelyne 29 I bought is useful, but am looking to buy a 16 too. Looks so convenient for the essentials - phone, keys, cards, air pods, a couple of lipsticks and hand sanitizer. It’s not possible to be put on the waiting list at my local Hermes, but the SA I spoke to on the phone adviced me to check the website. It might be a coincidence, but two Fridays in a row I have found one before lunch, but it has just been sold, so it’s not available anymore. It’s sort of annoying it is still listed on their website when it’s already sold, but nice to see that they do exist there once in a while. I live in Europe. Any tips to snatch a 16 from h.com?
