Good luck! The airport shops have the best deals (full VAT refunds) so it is worth checking on your way in - you can ask them to hold til you fly out......

Good luck! The airport shops have the best deals (full VAT refunds) so it is worth checking on your way in - you can ask them to hold til you fly out......

You won't be able to have the shops in the airport in the UK hold bags for you, they used to hold for 24-48hrs but they don't do that anymore it's now first come first served.

Oh that’s awful. What if I don’t buy one in the city and don’t find an Étoupe at Heathrow.
Guess I’ll have to buy it from the city itself.

Interesting... I live in the UK and frequently travel through Heathrow and for at least the past 2 years you are not able to reserve bags at any of the 2 stores there, maybe other items but not bags. The only good thing is you can call the airport stores direct to find out what bag inventory they have but the city stores connect you to central customer services and they will not advise on bag inventory over the phone.

It's Hermès - everyone's experience is different. maybe it's a non-EU thing, don't know. But I have held things, including bags, multiple times.

Today I am using my Rouge Tomate PM (for you @Bibi25260).
I also brought home my newest addition this week; Blue Nuit PM with gold hardware. The kind SM showed me how to transform the strap with a twilly, so of course I took it too and have been practicing my bow. It will be fun to have a different way to wear it and now I think I need twilly's for my other 2 PM's. Also took a family shot for fun.
