I haven’t seen any in Togo on the site lately, they’ve all been Clemence. The Clemence seems to suit the bag, it’s nice and thick, but supple and I’m sure will survive a bit of rain (haven’t tested this yet myself!).

Not much really, unless you stretch it out. I use a downsized wallet (Silk’in), plus I can put my keys in and iPhone SE. Might manage my lipstick and a pen, too. It’s great for me for quick errands etc.
I stayed in a country where the rainfall is high. Can't imagine myself having to wipe down the bag on every carry. That will be too tiring.
I love both leathers. I have one older Evelyn GM in Togo and is lighter weight than Clemence in the exact same bag.
Not much. I do not see it as an every day bag. It is handy when you want hands free and little weight. I have to take drivers license and credit card out of my regular wallet and put in a card case if I carry TPM. I have one in black box that I take to affairs that have stand up while eating and drinking.
When you want light weight, tiny cross body, TPM is great. Quick trip to grocery store, etc.
Here are my main options without overstuffing it. The Calvi and the Bastia themselves are fully stuffed though.
I might be able to live with #1 as I don't want to change wallet. Thank you!

My mini bearn, a calvi, pressed powder, lipstick and phone....not a bag for someone that carries alot.
