After much dithering I went for the c/s Sous le Charme d' Orphee in caramel. I was getting flashbacks to this time last year when I kept missing Le Jaguar et Colibri. I did finally find the color ways I wanted, but I was not up for a repeat performance. Every time I looked at it I put it off, and then when I finally decided to go for it, just after Christmas, it was gone. I started to haunt the website and when it came back I went for it and very happy I did. Definitely a tough color way to photograph.

My newest (to me) shawl, Bingata, colorway 01. I checked out this design when it was issued in 2021 but nothing called. I definitely do not remember this colorway.
I have looked for the exact colorway details, but could not find them. By any chance does anyone own this colorway, and can tell me the exact colors? Some of the colors are out of my comfort zone, but with a gris chien background, and lots of shades of gray accents, it just works!

I fell hard for the pattern and in a moment of optimism bought three cws, this one following encouragement by my SM because it was so unusual. Needless to say, the other two have moved on, and I get tons of compliments when I wear this!
Thank you, thank you!! Funny, I can see those 3 colors. If you just saw the tag, you would never know how much gray is in it. Your SA was definitely right!
I haven't even soon after it was released. I found the very last one in the UK in August.
The black and white colorway popped up on the US site this past week and I was able to snag it, so you may get lucky if you keep checking regularly?
May I ask how y’all store the shawl at home when you wear it daily during the winter days? I found a small cut on mine after continuously wearing it for at least a month now. I guess it got the cut either in my tote, or while I hang it on the rack by the entrance of my house.
While I visited my store to discuss the cut and drop it off for service, I got another one in black/white color. Honestly, I loved three prints that my SA show me today 😆 it was hard to choose one out of them. Anyway, this one went home with me. I found it is very similar to the Tatouages print from last year. I put mine back in their original boxes, folded up, when not in use.
It was a cut. 😢 The guy in my store confirmed it was a cut. And he mentioned that I can bring it to a local shop to stitch it. Or they can send it back to see what Hermes can do but it will take 2 months. I ended up have them send the scarf back. I really like it so finger crossed it can be fixed.
I usually store it in the box when it is out of the season. But when I am wearing it almost everyday, I don’t. I am wondering what others do with the scarf when it is worn frequently.
I wear my scarves frequently in fall, winter and spring. All my scarves are roughly folded and stored in the top drawer of my chest of drawers in my closet for easy access.
