@CedarWaxWing, and @LKBNOLA, I'm not sure if these are the CWs of Maharani and Cosmographia you were referring too (in relation to the blue All'Orto). Hopefully these photos are useful for reference. :flowers: Note, these are the closest to true I could capture. The colors appear a bit darker in person. Always a challenge to accurately photograph!

Left to Right:
Le Jardin de la Maharani - bleu chine/bleu jean/noir
Cosmographia - bleu chine/canard
All'Orto Botanico di Palermo - gris chine/marine clair/gris

Thank you so much!!! @etoile de mer They are all gorgeous but my favorites are the CU and the Maharani. The Orto design is so elegant but the coloring of the other two is more rich and saturated. I believe it was @Ashanti_Rose who lamented the lack of color saturation in the CSGM shawls in recent issues along with the seemingly ubiquitous use of gris chine and nature,l. I agree with her 100% and this display underscores that. One day @LKBNOLA and I will have our Maharani and CU shawls. Sigh……and again, thank you!!!!

You're very welcome! My first impression opening up my All'Orto on arrival was . I don't have anything else quite like this one. The depth of pattern and simplicity created by the shades of blue really appeals to me. It feels peaceful. I do agree that it feels like there's been an overabundance of natural and gris chine backgrounds in recent offerings! Perhaps more vibrant shawls will be offered again, soon. Sending my best wishes in finding both your Cosmographia and Maharani. :flowers:

I agree with you. I think the blue and gris chiné Orto is so gorgeous and so subtle at the same time. I also fell in love with it!

Hi all, wondering if it would be okay to put a shawl in a gentle steam fresh cycle? My shawl is not visibly dirty or soiled so I don’t want to give it to the cleaners for dry cleaning. Thanks
