Haha, in a temporary moment of insanity, I purchased two! They were slightly different and I justified by saying I might need a back-up...

Fortunately, I have had good karma with my GMs, so no backups have been necessary.
No more doubling up for me, It would be quite a hefty bill to hoard backups for all of my shawls! I often purchase multiples of shirts or sweaters, out of fear that the cut or style will be discontinued, but it would be insanity to attempt that with H!

Too funny, I relate, I'm infamous for buying backups of all sorts of things, DH will attest. I think makeup is my worst offense so he laughs it off... If I started that habit with H I think DH would not find my "squirreling" so amusing! :laugh:

Went jn to pick up another ccap and could not resist this too.. My pictures dont do it much justice but the colors are stunning and looks fab tied. The Rose de compas cw09 indigo/vert/jaune. Was debating this and the red

At least make-up back-ups are affordable--compared to H anyway. But I totally do this. One for make up bag in purse, one for home, one for work. And I even keep perfume and powder in the car.

If I bought backups for my GMs I'd be a Miss not a Mrs :laugh:
Lipgloss backups (and backups for my backups!) are my Achilles Heel. Like you, one for car, home, work, and a stash for when those run out :p

Oh Shawlys, thank you for the GM love. Now you know I could not wear King Tiger out today. He isn't even marinated yet. But my CDC shawl came out of his box to play for the first time. This is a record for me---I have had this piece for only a month and I am wearing it. I know this was not a favorite amongst the silkies but I love it. I am kinda a lover of "drab." And I like bigger movement in my pieces. They work better on my larger frame I think.
