A Grail I'd love to own one day! Fabulous!
I can't contribute any ideas but I'm interested in the answers you're going to get, because I share the same problem. I'm 5'1 and I can't wear any of Hermes' bigger silk or cashmere offerings. I do have a few CSGMs but can only tie them in one particular way. Anything else just feels like my small frame is drowning in fabric...I don't know if this is the correct thread to ask my question; if not, please remove it.
I bought an oversized Hermès Cashmere/Silk shawl, handwoven in Nepal. What attracted me to it were the colours and the size: 250 cm (99) x 140 cm (55). I thought it would be marvellous to warp myself in the shawl like a blanket. Now that turns out to be the problem – I have no idea how to tie it. I'm rather petite and I feel like this is almost too much of a good thing. If I tie it in a simple loop knot it looks like I'm wearing a yoke. If I wear it as a stole, I get drowned by the fabric. Do you have any ideas how to deal with that much fabric? I've taken a photo on a mannequin because I have no idea how to take a selfie that properly displays the shawl.

Thank you, dear bunnycat!Gorgeous hopiko!
So chic Croisette!
The colors on it are so lovely! I'm curious. Is it thinner than a regular 140x140 CSGM? If so, you might try folding it in half so it is 125x140 and working with it that way. (so fold it widthwise instead of lengthwise) That way your max measurement is 140, same as CSGM.
