Ditto to everything you just said! Idk how or what H.com is doing with their photos....but this one is is probably the most "off", that I've personally seen, when you compare the H shawl pic to the actual shawl IRL. They left out most/all of the beautiful greens and even the subtle swaths of aubergine. [emoji175][emoji7]

Dear Pup, you must try it!! I can't remember if you mentioned that you weren't a Kachinas fan, but if that is the case...then you have the perfect opportunity to own the iconic design in a CW that would go with so much of your wardrobe! This was my logic anyway, lol! [emoji6][emoji4]

Hopiko, I wanted to give you credit for inspiring my purchase!! I had just been looking through this thread before heading to H. When my SA opened the CSGM drawer for me to have a look, my eyes went straight to this lovely!! [emoji7]

I snatched it right out of the drawer, tossed it around my neck (to ensure it didn't make me look like death) and immediately said "I'll take it!" [emoji106][emoji173]️

It was the last/only in the store and looking around, I could see some envious stares. I felt bad for grinning ear to ear, but I just couldn't help it!! [emoji16][emoji15][emoji4]

Thank you again for showing this to us, otherwise I would have certainly missed out!!!

The quality of the cashmere was so nice in those days. This is one of the few carre twill patterns where there is both gold and silver overlay applied to the scarf. I don't remember about whether the overlay was on the cashmere or not. You are fortunate to own this beauty.
