I believe Collection Equestre is by Pierre Benoit Emery. The tag says October 2009

for scarf rings like those you mention, I will leave to others...I really like the mini mors for easy bias-fold ties and longish tails. I also have a tiny Mother of Pearl d’ancre scarf ring from Maitai that works really well but takes a bit more scarf away from tail length.
