Thanks Van - one day I hope to have a collection of 70s that half of yours! When I was in the boutique, still an H newbie, I bought a pouchette, a pointu, a 70 cm, a moussie and a 90 cm because I just couldn't get an idea what I preferred by seeing all the lovely pics. I had a few 90 cm and when I put them on, it was nothing like the pics of the lovely ladies in here modeling them. I felt hopeless. LOL! But as soon as I put the 70 cm on, I knew it was love.

FrenchSandra - hmm  I have seen Brandebourgs still on sale it is definitely on the USA H.com if you have a contact in the USA maybe you can get one? I bet there are some in a drawer somewhere in a boutique too like your Omnibus was!! I love the way it ties with a scarf ring and all the braid swirls come on show:yes:

Neiman Marcus in SF has one in the pink/orange cw. I'm pretty sure the H boutique had some also. I know that's pretty far but it is out there. :flowers:

Scarf Addict, Crochetbella I found one Brandebourg :yahoo:

Waiting for me in the drawer...

Thanks to Scarf Addict who inspired me :smooch:

I love how the pattern looks tied. I wore it yesterday and made some pics...

Thanks IL for this thread! (You are modeling the 90cm very well !!!Love your salmon scarf...You are lovely :D)

Everyone's scarves look magnificent! Makes me want to get more 70cm scarves!

Irishlass1029, I love the vintage style 70cm scarves, too. They're so easy to tie and carry, and less overwhelming than the regular 90cm (since I'm petite). This photo doesn't show the scarf too well but here's one of my favorites, the black/white/cranberry red "En Désordre", tied on my handbag.

Even though you say you can't see too much of the scarf, from what I can see it looks beautiful (and so does your bag!!)
