I turned down a birkin in size 25 last month because I wanted a 30 and I was not in love with the color - gris mouette with silver hardware. I liked the color but would have preferred it with gold hardware. I think you did the right thing although, like you, I was wondering if I made the right decision at the time since they are hard to find. But I have purchased bags in the past that were not exactly right for me just because they were popular or hard to find and they sit unused in my closet. I think the right one will come to us in the future :flowers:

I absolutely agree with you. It is SOOOO hard but only take it if you love it, because if you don't every time you look at it you will think of what you wish you had instead! I very nearly made that mistake and I was super lucky that they looked and found what I was looking for.

Although I can put everything I need inside, I still prefer the size of 30 cm for a workhorse bag, may be due to the ease of carrying at the crook of your arm and also the bigger size gives it more "presence" when you suit up etc. But I think 25 cm looks great with dresses. In short, it can be a workhorse bag if you can put everything you need (works well for me). But the look is totally different with 25 cm and any bigger sizes.

Sorry for the late reply, thank you for the input. During the summer , b 25 fits all my needs, I might try to hv 30 size in natural color this year for coming winter :)

Such gorgeous bags! I have been in a big dilemma. Being offered a birkin 25 in swift blue agate GHW but I can't decide if a 25 is too small. Does anyone have modeling pics of the B25 carried on the arm and not hand carried? Or against a 5ft 6' frame? Any thoughts on blue agate? It seems a little dull in photos but so gorgeous in other photos and I love the GHW. Thanks for any thoughts.

I can carry it on the arm but I am petite. In the winter I carry it as I have layers on.
I love B25s, its so chic. B30s i find to be a grandma size (no offence intended just my opinion).
I would rather use a K28/32 if I needed to put more stuff in. :smile:

how skinny i gotta be to carry a b25 on the crook of my arm? hehe.. i only have B35, B30 & k32... thinkin about it .. maybe i need to drop some lbs.. gotta look for some mod shots....anybody have any?
