thank you honhon..i love swift too..for its softness, shine and smooth luxe feel..and colours just look so much more vibrant on swift compared to the grained and stamped leathers!! can't get enough of it..and i hope you find your dream lagoon soon..

chamonix is matte version of boxcalf..stiff and rigid leather, not good with water..swift is soft buttery leather, in bigger bags, it will get slouchy. more water resistant than chamonix...both are rare leathers unless you can special order from the store. and not seen in as many bags as epsom, togo or clemence.. boxcalf is rarely seen nowadays in a bag and swift is mainly used for the berline and lindy.. as for which is more expensive, for the same bag i think it would be chamonix. hth.

I was debating whether to get a bag in swift or not. But after reading all of the posts here, you gals convinced me to get a K in orange swift! Thanks for all of the pics and detailed discussions!
