Thank you ms Piggy! If so do you mind measure the part going around the neck (my neck is soooo thick, unfortunately....):cry:

The portion forming the Y part (as seen in my photo) measures circa 60cm which is about 24". I'm pretty sure it would fit.

Hi ms piggy, many thanks! We're the same height, and the 80cm looks perfect on you! I love them both…I'll need to try on to decide. I'd like to see how the 120 looks doubled, as I'd like to be able to wear it that way, as well.

etoile I would imagine the 120 be stunning doubled (so do not need to be tempted). I tend to prefer my long necklace that way (even tripled) as I find it swings/moves too much as a long strand.

Thank you ms. Piggy! I think I'll go for it!

ms p, thank you for the dimensions! :flowers: It seems 80cm indicates the total length of the chain, if one could measure it unfastened. I mocked-up the 80 (using my 120 Farandole). I'm afraid once I can actually try them, I'll want them both the 80 and 120 Ever Cd'A necklaces! :D

Hi eagle, glad to help! Yes, very elegant, I think. I look forward to trying the long loop version, as I think it would be more versatile for me. But not sure I can justify it, as I already have a 120 Farandole.

I think you likely have a few silver pieces I covet! On another thread you mentioned your Tintamarre bracelet. I wish it was still available, as I think I might like it better than the plain Chaine d'Ancre, as it's more of a statement piece. I'd love to see a modeling pic, if you're able. I've pondered the TGM Cd'A, but can't decide if it's toggle is too big on me. And I was unsure of what number links (length) would be right for me…would need to try both 10 and 11 at the same time. So, have yet to buy one!

Here you go, etoile de mer! One tintamarre. Usually I wear it paired up with another tintamarre with a round Hermes charm called a clou de selle. I hadn't put on this pair for a while. It makes a lot of jingling. (Tried to get a good pose with the both but couldn't). .

I think the word tintamarre stands for noise-making (like New Years or some other celebration). One is not heavy, 2 you can feel the difference (I was surprised at the heaviness but I hadn't wore the pairing for some time). On the other hand I 've layered them routinely and probably had gotten used to the weight. I love the design. Do not have a CdA TGM or even a regular CdA.

Dear eagle, thanks so much for sharing, I love this! And so fun it's a bit musical, too. I wish Hermes would consider offering it again!

What do you think, should I get this one? It looks pretty but I am worried I am petite and so it may look like I stole my mom's jewelry or maybe it will be too heavy? It really is tempting me.

Try it on with maybe a couple of favorite outfits, including casual, and perhaps stuff with a clear waistband (waistline) so you can see how far it falls. I guess that means you make a few visits to the boutique. I'm sure everyone here has fallen in love with something and gone back a day or two later and wondered what they were thinking.

I think I tried on this chain or a similar H one and didn't find it heavy at all.

Hello fellow silver aficionados, wondering if owners of the Quark ring can weigh in on its appearance after a bit of wear. @ms piggy has one, I know, and perhaps others of you do too. I have one on hold and think it looks so so fabulous on the hand, but I also know how susceptible to dings and scrapes it is since it's such a broad and bold expanse of soft silver. I don't need my things to look new all the time, but I do want them to look good, if that makes sense, hence my wondering if the Quark still has its wow factor once it's started to show wear.

Thank you, etoile de mer! I had seen that but it hadn't registered. I agree that the necklaces are elegant. I'd have to see the bracelet on to check it out. You know, the way the links are attached in the E CdeA bracelet is very reminiscent of H bracelets I have seen from the 1970s.

I tried on the Ever Chaine D'Ancre bracelet in Munich recently. The size ST was a perfect fit on me, so I think it runs a bit small. Although I didn't take it that day, I am certain this piece will be in my future. I found a photo of it online, which I am inserting here. The photo doesn't do it justice because it must be viewed from the side to truly appreciate the Chaine D'Ancre shapes. It hugged my wrist beautifully, just above the wrist bones. The only drawback is the clasp is on the front side and I had difficulty latching it myself. But with practice, I'm certain I could master it!

Hi dearies,

I have a few questions about the smallest all silver CDC bracelet.
For those who own this bracelet, are you still happy with it or do you regret your purchase? Does it hold up well? Does it get easier to open and close it over time?
Anyone here who stacks it with a Cartier Love? If yes, do they stack well together?
I am sorry for all the questions. I have been thinking about this bracelet but I am undecided yet, so I would love to hear your opinions about this bracelet. Especially from those who have it for a while now. Thank you :flowers:!

I must admit I haven't worn the Quark much since I got it (kept it in the box and was out of sight out of mind. Have to remedy that!) So I can't tell you how it would look with dings all round although mine already has a couple or two plus teeny tiny hairline scratches. It still looks good and the high shine on the silver masks the dings similar to my other silver pieces (unless one is inspecting very closely). IMO the Quark is an outstanding design being one whole piece of stunning silver with a surprise coloured resin underneath. I understand it was a limited run and was a very special design. I highly recommend it.
