I've got cw 02 and 05, and they both have the same poor color saturation on the reverse.

@lanit Thank you. I would have loved this scarf in the normal course, but I was able to see it very early on in Lyon and have been quietly dying for it to arrive in the States. Sarah at Short Hills has managed to send more than half of the cws to me. Now I see the silver one on you and think I need it as well, except I am very afraid of yellow. I have more cws to post which I will soon. I didn't want to distract from @Joannadyne 's amazing writing/sharing. @lanit which cws do you need?

Sounds like digital printing to me.
Went to my local H today and picked up another!!! Here's a fun pic when I was playing.
Will photograph in the am which one I picked up. I still have several CWs in my pile at my store (they keep a stash of things for me to pick up) bc I love this design so much.
I ended up leaving with 2 other non- PdeS though!!!

I won't be able to get my second Samourai for a long time (I hope to goodness that 05 will be around for a while!) so drooling over everyone else's treasures will soothe the savage scarf beast within!

Woo hoo! Which cws did you wind up getting? Thank you for the nice compliment! It was a pleasure to write. And DS is better but now it's spring break, so even though I'm taking a few days off from work, they are filled with kid activities, which keeps me from scarf activities! If only there was a way to merge the two.
We, of the Samourai family, never suffer boredom from more Samourai pics. In fact, we thrive on it! (I have your cw and I STILL stared at your photos and thought, "wow, that's so prrrrreeeettttttyy ....)Fingers and toes crossed!
I remember when I first saw the stock pics of this scarf way back last year when they first appeared, I was so awestruck by the stunning colourations of the design I literally gasped! And so far it hasn't disappointed. The best colourations for Hermes in a loooong time. Hope no one is bored with seeing more pics of 08

I know, right?! When I first saw the scarf, I remember thinking, "What the heck is this somewhat mechanical looking thing in these two corners?"
Informal survey: I can't remember the last time a scarf has inspired so many to purchase multiple cws. Maybe grails like tohu bohu or ELeK, but I wasn't scarf-crazy then. How many of you have, or intend to, purchase multiples of Samourais?
I do think this design is destined for <shhhh!> grailhood. Someone on evilbay has already listed a cw8 for an obscene amount of money.
