If the bag arrives and there is actually a quality issue, H will replace or repair it (this happened to me with a charge-send Kelly). But this does look pretty normal.

@QuelleFromage Thank you! A friend of mine who might not notice any quality issues (he is not into handbags) will pick the Kelly up, and I will only be able to inspect it in person in end-October.
I paid for the bag this morning and still need send the "power of attorney" to my friend as well as the store manager. As the store manager and I have had very amicable exchanges, I will simply ask her directly to kindly take a close look at the bag and whether she notices anything.
