I haven’t decided if I prefer the sellier or the retourne yet but that isn’t very important. I would like some advice from you guys. Should I do a trade for a B25 or should I keep the mini K? My fear is that since it’s very difficult to get a mini K in store, I may not be able to get another one. Please help! I’m in such a huge dilemma!

Hello,
I have more or less the same issue than you.
I put a special order on December 2021 for a Mini Kelly. I was totally sure that I wanted this bag for evening and holidays. One year later I have received it, happy me but...
Since I have the mini Kelly, every time I want to take it with me for evening party, I am blocked.
It is soooooo small that it almost seems ridiculous. And each time I try it, I put it back in its box. Maybe because it's winter and the looks with with big coats accentuate its smallness. I am really really lost and I do not know what to do with this bag.
Any advice to help me ?

You can wear it as a short crossbody inside your coat.

I think it’s a really nice evening bag, or just a really cute bag in general. The beauty lies in its tinyness. If you use it only for evenings, I don’t think we carry much when we go for a nice sit down dinner. Even a clutch is tiny you know. Can your phone fit into the mini Kelly? I wouldn’t buy or carry any bag no matter how pretty if it cannot hold my phone cos I can’t carry my phone in my hands all the time. I’ve resisted changing my iPhone for years cos I need it to fit into the mini Kelly haha.
