Hi! I’m trying to decide between sellier and retourne and would love your help. I already have a K28 retourne and I love the retourne style on that size. For K25 I have my eye on sellier because I think it just suits that size so much better. I will wear the k25 mostly with casual outfits and also want to wear it crossbody style. I cannot find a lot of photos of people wearing k25 seller crossbody online and would appreciate if someone can post theirs for me so that I can use it as a reference. Also would the sellier sit awkwardly against the body? My SA told me to get retourne but I just love the look of sellier so much better on 25. Please help! Thanks!

I posted a pic wearing my K25 sellier in a previous thread. It's my preferred way to wear it and I use the original strap it came with, although I am interested in trying it with a longer strap if I can find one that matches.

You don’t find a lot of pictures because it’s a pretty awkward way to wear the bag so most people only wear it that way in a pinch, not for photo ops. I would not get a K25 sellier if crossbody with the original strap was the main goal for me. I’m tiny and don’t even wear my 25 retournes cross body for any length of time. My advice is to plan to get an additional longer strap or look into other bag styles.

But, if you really love sellier on K25, you can wear it whatever you want and none of what we say really matters.

I used to think in the same way that a K25 crossbody was something to frown upon. Until my last visit to the shop…
I never even considered buying a Kelly up till then.
My SA told me to at least try one in 25 or 28. So I did … and I must say… wearing a K25 crossbody is just dreamy. For the first time I am considering putting a request for a bag.
I can add that it will make it different defenetly more casual and practical (in the looks) as for the accessibility is waaaaaay more complicated and it has to be closed to be a great option.
But since I tried it crossbody I am a fan.

I just got a K25 sellier! First of all, I absolutely LOVE it. I'm pretty short and the strap doesn't fit on me properly crossbody, but it does work great as a shoulder strap- the bag sits just right that it is the same length as my hand and the bottom of the bag can rest on my hand if needed to hold the bag steady while walking. If you are petite and thin with a smaller chest, then it may work crossbody. Can't go wrong with either the sellier or retourne!
