I always say a Gold in 25 is perfect if sellier in PHW and if in retourné in GHW... I have have the sellier PHW version

I recently got a K28 retouné in chèvre Gris Tourterelle with GHW as my first QB and I love it!

Planning to get a K25 sellier next and my dream combo would be rouge casaque chèvre permabrass. I only wonder if I should explore other leathers or stick to chèvre as it’s my favorite H leather so far (I have a mini Roulis in barenia faubourg which I love too, and a Constance to go in Epsom which I don’t really fancy).

On the other hand, I already have a Chanel reissue 224 in red with GHW and don’t know if it would be redundant, it’s less formal and more of a mini crossbody bag though.

If this is my only K25, should I get a more fits-all color such as Craie/Nata? My wardrobe is mostly black and navy with some white, neutrals and pale pinks. I think Rouge casaque would make my heart sing more and colorful Hermes are more special to my eyes!

Rouge casaque would be lovely in a K25. It’s still very different from the Chanel that I would think both with fit in your wardrobe. Craie and nata are both gorgeous but I feel like they’re still more day time (imo). If you were only to have on k25 in sellier I would pick a color that would fit your evening wardrobe.
