Hope it is okay to post this in this thread, I'm looking for comparisons / reviews of the Hermes Game Slip-On Sneaker vs the Loro Piana Summer Charms Walk Loafer. I think the Game Slip On Sneaker is probably most similar to the Summer Charms... Any one have (or tried) both and are able to give guidance? I'm wondering about which ones are more comfortable, durable, style, etc. Thank you!!

I purchased these last week. The suede is soft. It would be best if you have a narrow or medium width foot for these loafers.

So I purchased my first pair of H heels - I'm usually a rubber soled sandals girl. Should I get the new leather heels re-soled, so they do not wear out as quickly? The sole is leather.
I resole all my designer including H shoes that have leather soles after wearing them 2-3x (cos the cobbler will need to ‘scrape’ the leather soles anyway to roughen them up in order to stick the non slip rubber soles on for better adhesion). I just feel better the ‘roughening’ is done by me haha so I just wear the new shoes long enough to roughen the soles, then I will send them to the cobbler. Otherwise without anti slip rubber soles on they are too slippery for me and wear out fast.

Everyone has different feet. If you mean the Paris mule, I tried the ones with the fringe but London had no half-sizes.

Paris loafers are comfortable physically, not as much as my Gucci's Horse-bits though (1953, Jordaans and new wedge loafer).

Comfort also mean emotions. Even though it's small, the 'H' is also harder to style (for me) than a horse-bit without looking preppy because flat-ish means a mini or shorter straight skirt. I thought I could wear a suit with them, but not really. I'm med height so I think I need a bit more of a heel or a wedge.

You could also try the Oz, there are some really nice variations.
Totally agree everyone’s feet are different! I love my Oz mules and they are the most comfortable shoes for me ever! H loafers need time to break in for me and always rubbed my poor heels sore.

With Oz mules no breaking in was required and they are also true to size for me. I love the discreet Kelly buckle too and I have worn my Oz mules everywhere from shopping, kids school, vacations and at work too. A giant H buckle is not appropriate at work for me (though my colleagues all know I am a H lover!).

I wear the same size in both, but find the Genius to be more comfortable!
My Chypres are in calfskin and they need time to soften, after that they are alright. My Genius is in suede and so comfortable right out of the box! I guess if I had gotten my Chypres in suede they would just be as comfy too but I really like the strap of the Genius - and I have a funny reason why I like the strap other than it making the sandals more secure - I think they make the sandals now more like my grand-dad’s sandals now hahaha.

Thank you so much for your reply! It encouraged me to take Genius as a duty free present from my DH without trying it))

I recently gave another chance to Hermes loafers and I’m in love 🥰
I have wide feet, when I tried Royal loafers last year I felt shows were too narrow. This pair in new colour Multicolore Beige Albinos somehow felt wider and worked perfect for my feet. No breakage required. Thought of sharing in case anyone else found that recent designs work better for wide feet.

Pls can someone review comfy level if you own these and cast a vote which pair of sandals you like? Left one with Kelly lock is June sandals , right one is Hermoine sandals. I can’t decide which one to buy!! 🥲IMG_8553.jpeg

Personally, I'm not a huge fan of either one, but that's just my personal taste! I think the June sandals with the Kelly lock looks quite busy, so I would likely lean toward the Hermione. Which one feels more comfortable for you?

“BUSY” that’s exactly how I described the June at the store!

Hermoine was the one I asked for and then my SA took out the June for me to try on too… 🤦🏻‍♀️

Hermoine is more comfortable.

I have the ones on the right (I think they were called "Harmonie" when I bought them two summers ago. They are fairly comfortable and discreet, I wore them all summer when I bought them and the only incident I had was a blister that formed on the foot under the big toe after a particularly long day, but it was just a patch of skin that separated.
They are easy to wear with casual outfits, summer dresses, or even to the office so I would highly recommend them! This summer I plan to wear them again and get rid of the Chypres that I spent all last summer bleeding in (trying to make it work but enough is enough) 😅

Haa same!! I just can’t make the chypres work on me! I have slim-ish feet!!

Thanks! I like the Hermoine more too as it being discreet. I shall stick to that instead!
