I wear my Orans with everything… dresses, jeans, pants, shorts etc. I live in a warm climate so they are a year round shoe for me and among my most worn shoes. I just purchased them in Rouge H yesterday. It’s such a gorgeous color I couldn’t resist! ♥️
I think it’s more that they feel so flip floppy - do you just get used to it? The smacking while walking 😂

How does everyone wear their orans? I wasn’t supposed too buy another pair but then I saw them in rouge h and I’m obsessed with that color. Where I live I’ve only seen people wear to the pool.
I tend to wear mine with casual dresses and skirts that aren’t long. Gives a more relaxed summer vibe. Enjoy the rouge H I consider it a neutral and it will look good with most anything. And that’s coming from someone who isn’t a “red” person.

I tried on the Ithea espadrilles and they’re pretty cute! They do feel like they run half a size too big and were a little loose along the top when I walked. I decided not to get them because I have similar sandals already.

Can you please share the name of the black sandals you wore in the most recent RTW post? Is that from current collection? It’s really cute!

Awww thanks!! Those are the Galaxy sandals and they are from last year, unfortunately. They are actually super comfortable and I liked them so much I bought a second pair as back up for when these wear out lol. Maybe they’re floating around somewhere still…..

Would Paris loafers work for someone who has wide feet? I was looking for a pair in goatskin, which is soft and should stretch. Any thoughts/recommendations? For comparison, LP Summer Walk loafers work well for me.
I think Destins might be better. I tried Destin, royal, and Paris and Destin seemed best. There was a pinch point at the Kelly strap but the Paris toe box was too narrow and I think more narrow over all.

Ivy, Kennedy, impact all look wider as well but I have no experience with them.

Thanks for sharing! I love the look of Paris loafers, so was hoping to make it work; will try Destin!

I have flat wide feet as well and own Destin, Paris and Colette loafers. Paris loafers provide a wide variety of colours, so I needed to get a pair in the desired colour. I was afraid to get pain from wearing it for a while and I did. I never had this problem with Destin and Colette. Then I used a stretcher and stretched the area where my little toes go, and then no more pain! But yes, Destin is definitely great for us with wide feet, but I just love loafers in goat skin...

Thanks for the insights! I liked the look of Destin in smooth calfskin, but not sure how much it stretches. Also prefer goatskin & its softness.

Girls, what do you think of Paris loafers made of smooth leather? I am interested in the appearance of loafers, because the leather is very soft and already in the boutique when trying them on, when it wrinkles a lot, as if I wore them for a month. Very interesting, how do they look after real wear after a month or six months? Like an very old shoe or not? Are you happy with them?

I got the royal loafers for that reason. You won’t be able to see the wrinkles

But tbh, it probably isn’t a big deal. I do have the Kennedy loafers and if you look close you can see some wrinkling but it isn’t bad.IMG_5617.jpeg
