I had been stalking H.com for quite some time looking for black sandals suitable for casual and work and got lucky with these about 2 months ago. This is the Elbe 60. They are SO comfortable, for 2 reasons. 1) the H at the front is longer/taller, so the cut out in the side doesn't align with the end of my pinky toe, which is always trying to escape out the side. So these hold my feet more securely than Orans (no deal) or Santorini (have to figit a bit with toe). 2) the slingback is high up and these actually stay on my heels, unlike most. I went with 37.5, my normal size. Might have been able to get away with a 37 but these fit me well. I'd love another pair....

Oh so it is the grey we've seen on the IG pictures. Congrats, they're absolutely beautiful and so is your Garden Party. I thought I wanted the shoes but now I'm 100% convinced. How do they feel?

I don’t want to speak too soon because I haven’t worn them, but I don’t *think* they are any more uncomfortable than the box leather orans. Hope I’m not wrong!

I see, have you received them yet? I have no experience with epsom, my other ones are box calf but I am looking to buy some. I love the look and will use silicone sticky pads under the straps.

AS promised, here are the gris Antarctique Orans! Bonus, finally got the Garden Party 36 I’ve been asking for! I wanted Gold, but my options were between this Eucalyptus and Noir. I love her! She’s not the Cypress Green I wanted, but she’s practical! Anyway, back to shoes…

Photos don’t do justice. Gris Antarctique looks blue in photos but really really looks more gray in person. I’m obsessed!

I got Gris Antarctique in oasis, but the colour is more blue than grey in person.

+1 to above, my experience owning a handful different styles of H sneakers is that Bouncing is the most comfortable one for sure!! I can only wish to convince my DH to match with me but he just basically does not care about "fashion" at all I still occasionally try asking him especially since H has been doing more styles that come in both men's and women's (sneakers and loafers), but so far no success. Well I guess it's good for the wallets at least

My hubby used to be the same, but after all the years of coming to H with me, he’s becoming more willing. You are definitely right, it doesn’t help the wallet when we get things in pairs.

Thanks! Saw them online. They do look quite similar to the beige argile ones in the stock photos. But the photo I attached seems more grayish. Will be great if anyone is able to make the comparison!
