Hi! I just bought the Extra sandals in black and I’ve worn them twice. They are comfortable to walk in as far as the sole is concerned, but I’ve been getting blisters at the top of my foot. Also, I’m normally a 37 and my SA recommended I size up a whole size, these are 38. I’ll post a photo of where they are digging in my skin and I circled in red. I really hope I can break them in because they’re cuter than Birkenstocks.
Try to put paw paw or Vaseline on that spots. That's what I did when I wear my aloha sandals.
It helps with the rubbing.

Hi, they are very cute. If I may ask are they for wide feet? How they compare with Orans? Orans are very wide for me, so trying to find alternative . Thank you

they are adorable! BTW, have you tried anti-chafing sticks to avoid the skin rubbing? They work well for me when breaking in new shoes.

My SA offered me a pair but I haven’t worn clogs since what, the 70’s? I love them but have visions of falling off of them.

I had a pair of clogs as a teenager that I loved! I've been looking for another pair to love for years, but never found any that fit well. Was so thrilled when they came back into style! And better yet, the ones Hermes designed are just what I'd been searching for! I love the fit and the simple design. And they feel very stable to me, have not had issues with falling off! :P

Can anyone provide comparison feedback between Oran and Camelia? The Orans are comfortable, but a tad bit wide and don't feel snug/secure. I'm wondering if the Camelia has a snugger fit?

TIA!

I can’t speak to the Camelia but do wear Orans. My foot must be too flat because I think there’s a bit of extra room in the Orans. I’ve solved this with a ball-of-foot insert (Pedag forefoot grip). It works well to keep my foot from sliding forward.

I have wide feet, and I personally find the Camelia to be looser fit/less snug on my foot than the oran, but do feel more secure on my foot overall (I have had times where the orans have slipped off my feet, not intentionally but things happen when you have a glass or two of wine at dinner ) . I like both oran & camelia in different ways, but my camelia required virtually no break-in whereas the orans take a little bit to break in, and the more relaxed fit of the camelia drove me to buy them in two colors.

Thank you! I do love a shoe that requires zero break in time!
