Do you protect the soles of your H shoes immediately upon purchase? I had one SA recommend that I take my shoes to the cobbler and put on a protective rubber sole right after I bought a pair of Legends, but another SA in another boutique said it was not recommended when I was buying the Oran and another pair of Legends.

No i dont do that, i would love to check with my SA if its fine to do that. However i always take a good care of my shoes by wiping it with Baby wipes but watch out the brands someone of them are scented and they might damage the leather (sticky) in that case i would add water to the wipes. You should keep doing that whenever you wear them, this process (wont) clean ur shoes it will remove and immediate dust or dirt. So you should protect your shoes the moment u take it out and return it to the dust bag after wiping it. All of my shoes looks brand new, i clean them in and out.

We celebrated his birthday in Lyon (France) last week and fortunately, the Hermes boutique was opposite our hotel. Of course, we head to the boutique. We saw a pair of loafers that appealed to my DH. He tried them on but the right shoe was tight. A kind SA brought another pair but the same size. It was a perfect match.

Hello, I am looking to buy the same pairs for my fiancé but I don’t know his Hermes size. He’s wearing size 12 us. Can you please advise me what size would he be in for Hermes? Thanks so much!

I enjoy both the Addict and Stadium. I stand most of my working day and love the comfort of them both. I hear great things about the Quicker design as well. I’m waiting to get back in the store to have a feel of those. Happy shopping and I hope this helps.
