I don’t have silver but I have black Epsom glazed Oasis and they are terribly uncomfortable! I can’t even bare to “break them in”. The only H shoes I regret.
Late to the party, but I second this. I have the same glazed ones but in a saphire blue (not sure the official color) and they’re still not broken in because they’re not comfortable.

Hi Hun! I have decided I am going to have them stretched. I made the mistake of trying them on at the boutique (on the carpet) and not really WALKING around too much. Sooooo I really want to enjoy them bc they are so beautiful... I will have them broken in for me =)

Ready for summer with those Tenerife espadrilles
My SA has these on hold for me!

Are they comfortable to walk in? I'm concerned about the straw/leather interior and if it'll feel weird.

Have any of you ladies purchased H shoes with insides lined with mostly straw & small patch of leather (example below) ? If so, how do they fare compared to chanel espadrilles with all leather interior?

I love the colors of the new tenerife espadrille but I'm worried they'll be uncomfortable if I need to walk a lot. TIA!

I have a pair of espadrilles like this, they are a few years old but have held up nicely, I don’t wear them very often. Not sure if this is the right thread for this convo though!

I would just buy insoles and put them in if i were you, tbh.

I have the Malaga espadrilles that are the same shoe except with leather uppers. The straw insoles have held up through two hot summers and actually feel nice, not scratchy at all. These don’t have a lot of arch support, and I couldn’t put an insert inside because then my heels slipped out. Not sure if that is an issue for you. I’m tempted by this canvas version because the colors are so pretty! Another item to add to my wishlist...

Thanks so much for this info! I previously tried on the Malaga espadrilles, but I passed on them cus I couldn’t get used to the feeling! I own quite a few pairs of Chanel espadrilles, so my feet have become accustomed to the feeling of an all-leather interior.

I’m considering the Tenerife espadrilles cus I love the design. Your insight definitely makes me feel better about the straw/leather interior!

I’ll be stopping by h to try these on. I’ll post a model shot to further tempt you~

Yes, they are. Was also unsure about that fact. But I feel that these are really comfy and I use these now as my house shoes with bare feet.
The are quite wide an maybe you like to size one number down. Maybe you ask your SA to hold also the smaller size for you.

Can’t wait to see them! I wore the Malaga ones a ton last summer, so I might need a back up pair this year [emoji16]
