Hi  If all else fails, try putting leather conditioner on it cuz your leather is probably too dry. It might not fix it, but it should prevent further damage. HTH:flowers:
Thanks @TresBeauHermes for the advise. Will look for some leather condition soon.
The SA said I can send in the sandal for them to forward to Paris for assessment. I am thinking of doing that, but not sure if they will be fixed, irregardless it is quality issue or wear and tear.

Thats fantastic! :tup:Hope H will be able to fix it! Just FYI, almost all shoes sold in any stores are not polished, so I condition and polish all my new shoes before I wear them. H shoes are expensive so its worth a little extra effort. HTHs!:flowers: Let us know how it went!

Great to hear this, Elly! Hope they could resolve it. By the way, did they say what’s the charges to send back to Paris for assessment?

Thanks for sharing the little tips with me, @TresBeauHermes Yes H shoes are expensive and definitely worth to pay extra effort

No, they did not say anything about the charges though. Will check with the SA again when I send in the shoes  Thanks for reminding me on that too

[emoji106] Do update the outcome. Probably, local artisan could do something without having to send back all the way to Paris. :)

Periogirl28 - I’m not sure what size I would be.
I tried a display Oran in 37 and I think it fits ok (though I’m aware being a display, most often than not, it’s been stretched being tried on by many pp with different sizes foot).

In Miu2 or Louboutin, I’m a consistent 36 so I really am unsure about my size in Neo.

I mentally noted to go and try before my friend leaves for Paris.

Thank you for your tips!
:hugs:

It’s definitely TTS

Hi Royal loafer owners - did any of you size up in this loafer? My usual size 38 fits lengthwise but feels very narrow in the toe box area. And tight. Unsure if I should size up half a size or a full size. Also....half a size is sold out, so thinking of buying the next full size up! Lol.

Also, do any of you think this loafer will be back or would this be it? Trying to decide if I should just wait instead of trying to size up a full size.
