Hello Friends! This is kind of a big deal as it is my first tpf modeling pic -ever! Apologies for the junky closet LOL! I went out shopping and to dinner last night and wore my anthracite poncho. It was a hit and I love it so much! Additionally, a good girlfriend saw me wearing it when we went out to brunch a few weeks ago and immediately purchased the rouge and paille color ways. She is in love with hers too. Yay! :D:cool: Have a great day and weekend everyone!

You look spectacular MarvelGirl! It is so so chic I'm not surprised you inspired not one purchase but two!


(tell me, when you got yours did the receipt actually have it described as anthracite? Mine definitely said Dark Grey, so maybe it is different in my country? I ask as I'm a big fan of greys - graphite, titanium etc, and if there is another shade in the accessories range, I need to ask!)

Thank you so so much for the lovely compliment, dear Gixxer!! I was so thrilled when she told me that she purchased two. I have seen her since and she is always rocking the paille color way. She is new to H (I introduced her to it) and is now addicted and buying CDCs, shawls, everything. :p

In regards to the receipt, no, it was not described as anthracite. I recall it being called that somewhere in this thread and it just stuck with me. So, no worries, I don't think you have missed another color way. Happy to be twins with you on this one though. Thanks again!!

MarvelGirl...what a fantastic first modeling pic!! I LOVE this on you (twins, by the way):heart: Doesn't it feel cosy and soft (surprising since it's wool, and I usually can't get wool within 10 feet of my skin!). I don't blame your girlfriend for running out and buying two after seeing you in it...I would too!

Hi HfromT!! Thank you so much for your kind and lovely words. You know, it was fab pics from you and some of my other twins that got me hooked on this cw of the poncho. It is so very comfy and soft and amazing AND easy to wear with all of my wardrobe! I don't blame my friend either for getting two. She travels a ton and cuddles up in hers on the plane, in her hotel room, etc. Who knew that H ponchos would turn out to be such wise investments indeed! ;):graucho:

^^^So true, MarvelGirl! I really regret not bringing mine on a recent trip to Palm Springs, as it was absolutely FREEZING for the entire week, and I didn't pack appropriately. I realized how much more enjoyable the trip would have been had I been warm in my poncho, instead of shivering in my Rick Owens leather jacket!

Thank you, IF! As we have all said many times before here, you finding out about the poncho and alerting us all to it was and still is, so fantastic! It is such a fun, comfy and classic piece. I love my grey/blue but briefly escaped from ban island and purchased the yellow, like yours, last evening (as it is back available on the US website)! Now I am really done and banned! :laugh: Thanks again!

Hahaha! Oh no, not three! LOL!! I would love all three color ways but I will only have two once the yellow arrives (the dark blue and the yellow). I really love the rouge too though and if I can, will probably add that one next year. Man, you have started a poncho/wrap craze, girl!
