When my SA put it on my shoulders, I immediately asked her how much, and when she told me I said "Please take it off me now!!!"

Glad to hear you are doing better now - I am doing better too but I still have these moments that I am losing it, especially with the holidays around the corner.
Maybe I should try your method, but then again....I don't think I have the dicipline for that as I am also not a morning person...especially not at 5:30 am in the morning
