The moment we've all been waiting for!!!! Israeli_flava, you look like you were made for this poncho! and no question, this is the cw for you. I LOVE it on you, and as Monceau said, if H had at sold out of these before you posted these pics, they will now!!! My SA just texted me to say the blue Rocabar I ordered just arrived and I'm going to see it on Sunday. Will take photos for Mindi!

Thank you, Monceau. My SA did so, and reported no blue in the Rocabar available, so I will assume the blues your SA is seeing are the Alamo, or perhaps the grey/dark blue colorway in the Rocabar (I'm not sure how that is coded). But H inventories are unpredictable, so I'd still appreciate any concrete sightings/intelligence on the Bleu de Prusse Rocabar! Never say die!

Sorry Mindi, none of the blue left at my store....hopefully more shipment soon!

My SA transferred in the Alamo in so I could compare it with the Rocabar. But when it came in they transferred in another Red Rocabar. So I had to wait again. Finally it came in today and I'm so glad I waited.

I finally got mine....😍😍😍 I went for the Alamo. I love the rouge h trim. I just thought it looked more "me" when I tried them both on.

I'll post pics tomorrow when I'm dressed and not in sweatpants.

I bought the yellow Rocabar from BH, thanks to IF and enabling from all the commentators on this thread and your beautiful pix. BH still has another yellow and red Rocabar, and the red and blue Alamo for anyone who is looking. I asked about the Blue Rocabar, and was told no more in the system; although SA said it's a classic piece so more will come in. I didn't want to wait though :)
I'm curious about the gray, as it seems more muted and classic. The H.com pix do not do it any justice. If anyone has gray modeling pix and wants to indulge me, please post! My SA says that gray is still available for transfer if anyone is looking. I love the yellow, just wondering if I need a more muted color for my icy cold office. I don't want to be know as the girl with the yellow poncho if I use it everyday, haha.

Great thread and congrats on your fantastic poncho, IF - eveyone's looking super in all the various colors! :woohoo:

I had the Prussian Blue Rocabar briefly last winter. It's wonderfully soft, the tassels enchanting! But it's more boho than I am, not very practical climate-wise and sadly barenia and orange are not great on me at all. But I found two archive pics that might be useful to those trying to decide if the blue is worth waiting for.

(Bolide is Brighton Blue, Texas 90 silk from my mom)

Happy hunting to you all!

You look so chic Pierina2! I love how the barenia trim and tassels pop against the blue and gray. It blends in more with the yellow. The Rocabar stripe detailing on the Blue really prevents it from looking like a graduation gown! I love the Prussian blue color of the Alamo, but without the stripes I think someone who called it a graduation gown earlier in the thread was right on the money! No offense to blue Alamo owners, just my opinion on me as I would wear with jeans :) too blue

Pierina Me thinks Was that wise?
Letting it go , that is . I simply love the way you wear it .
Don't forget, should you be at all influenced by our enthusiasm, that the Alamo has Rouge H barenia trim ....

IF absolutely stunning, the color was made for you! Can't thank you enough for starting this thread. I wore mine in Rome , got all kinds of compliments here while shopping. Even the SA's at Hermes raved about it. Also perfect for the plane ride. Very snuggly.
