Hermazed, now that you've used your gorgeous argile Jige, how are you liking the color?! I am going to my boutique to look at an argile Jige (planning ahead for my birthday in two months!), and I wanted to ask some of the argile owners here if they find the color versatile, and do you have any issues with color transfer? I know I'm going to love it when I see it, because I adore all of H's neutral colors, and this looks like a lighter version of etoupe or a darker gris t to my eye (perhaps I'm completely off base on those descriptions)! In any event, I'm excited to see it, and pretty sure I'll grab it if it's still available.

Hi hclubfan, I must say it is on the lighter end of the neutral colour scale but it is a versatile colour. In terms of colour transfer, I don't have issues with my Jige yet but I do have slight issues with my Contance which is also in Argile Swift. You will have to look after it making sure where you place it and making sure your hands are clean. I have taken some photos for you for colour comparison with my Gris T b in Togo. Although not the same leather but hope it gives you a rough idea of the colour. I have also taken a picture of the back of my Constance which is quite hard to photograph but if you look on the bottom left of the bag it is slighter darker from colour transfer. HTH! Looking forward to your reveal if you decide to get her!

Hermazed, thank you SO much for taking the time to post these shots! That was very helpful! I went to the boutique today and instantly knew that the argile Jige was the perfect choice for me, so it came home with me and I will post some photos tomorrow! As an etoupe and etain lover, this will be a nice addition to my neutrals. I see this color as being timeless and very sophisticated, but I think it can be dressed up or down. Have been lurking in here for awhile and have a question for all you Jige élan owners!
How much or what do/can you put in there? Is there a pic somewhere to see the contents it is able to take? TIA!
