am not 100% sure and not speaking about paris specifically, but i think the kelly cut may be slightly harder to find in regular leather... i think both are slightly easier in croc/gator. but both are super hard to find, harder than birkin or kelly.
i only have a KP so far and i absolutely love it. so cute and holds more than you think! i also love the little handle! i hope to own a KC one day, so i can compare the two. i think KC is a little more elegant and evening, KP is cute and can be used during the daytime also.

I am not sure about Paris but in my local H store (US) I got offered KP several times this year but never saw any KC (or offered one). My SA said they rarely get KC. And only twice a year for exotic KC.
I've owned a KP (regular leather) for several years. Love it. It's a tiny bag but has enough room for a (really) small wallet/card case and a phone. I think KP is a understated classy clutch.
I just got a KC and will wear it this Friday to a dinner...I love KC because it looks more modern chic than KP because of its dimension and shape. I am still smiling ear to ear now...I couldn't believe it when my SA called last week.
