CP it looks absolutely gorgeous on you! But cw 07 also looks sensational. Thank you for all your (enabling) pics. I have cw 05 on today but I am having serious trouble resisting buying more. It is seriously my fave pattern since goodness-knows-how-long. :sweatdrop:

I love the GMs, they are soft and big and gorgeous. I think a GM is more verstaile than a silk scarf. Hermès uses special cashmere that will adapt itself to the surrounding temperature. A bit like a termostat (if that is an English word). Good luck for your decision.

Adding that I bought a GM silk scarf a few days ago which is supposed to be much softer and its size will make it work for me. I´m posting a picture for you to see.

Lovely64- Beautiful lalbhai shawl! Do you mind me asking if you found that at an H store? Sorry to be off topic, but I missed out on the brown one last summer and would love it if it were available somewhere!

On another note, I did finally purchase cw 08 of the kimonos shawl and it arrived last week! Started playing around with it this weekend and will hopefully add some pics soon! I've been wearing with red and orange cashmere sweaters as it's still a bit cool here in Wisconsin. I imagine I would wear similar colors in fall so this may be multi-seasonal for me. I'm very glad to have gone with my first choice, even though I had to wait! I was a bit hesitant at first as I had also recently purchased the giant silk Fleurs d'Indiennes in the blue colorway - but the colors are quite different in intensity and placement on the shawl. Hoping 07 comes next!

Yes, I bought the lalbhai from my regular store. I thought it was from another season when I saw it but I didn´t ask.

Finally, I took the plunge and got my first GM Shawl ~ Ex Libris en Kimonos (cw7) :love:
I passed on au fill du carre GM recently. Twice. In 2 different countries. I loved the colour but wasn't completely sure. I am glad I waited ;)

A couple of pics...one with bag du jour (MM Pico Bleu Electrique).

Yodaling, i believe the ELenK 90x90 scarves are only made in silk and should be the same price as all the other silk scarves which you can refer the price to on H.com. HTH!

BBC, I am grateful for your photos because I am relying so much on them to plot my next shawl purchase. Instead of satiating, cw7 has made me even more crazier about this design :noggin:. I am stalking this colourway :ninja: I notice it is not as popular compared to say cw7/1/8/4/5, but the blue electric waves are killing me.
