blkladylaw, congratulations! That is a really beautiful shade of red.

gga, I love that quetsche bag. Does questsche show up as a true purple (ie, no brown undertones) in chevre?

here she is ladies...

on her own, and also next to rouge H croc 35 and rouge H box 32 to compare coloring

my 40 rouge H clemence looks so dull now next this

I have a feeling this 35 rouge H CDC will be what I grab the most often

one good thing about experiencing all these different skins at the same time (a rare experience) is that I am learning what I really prefer; I am finding that I am more into bags that are not so stiff...of my Chanel and other bags if I look in my closet that is what I use the most. And for a birkin which I think I prefer to have some 'give' ...this is a perfect combination of some structure but not too much and with some slouch.

I see you got my Miss Raisin/Cyclamen's big sister in 35~~ Mine is a 30!!:hugs:You are going to LOVE her!!

Thanks Boo! I have had your photos of your saved on my computer to drool at periodically. I was excited to see this one come up but wonder if it may be too stiff for me for a Birkin (though I know box gets broken in nicey over time). I think I'd prefer box on a Kelly. Not sure yet. This one still has plastic on hardware and barely seems used. I think raisin 35cm in Chevre may actually be my fav after seeing the bags here on this thread and Ode to Raisin but that seems like such a longshot to ever find.

Congratulations BlkLadyLaw!! Rouge H is one of my fav (if not the fav) colours from H, it's not called Rouge Hermes for nothing! If I could only have one bag, this would be the colour! So well done on amassing a wonderful collection of this colour, in all skin types no less. Thank you for sharing how the colour turns out on different leather. Classy in box, a workhorse in chevre!

And you're spot on about chevre. It's a great middle ground for those who likes structure but not stiff and neither is it slouchy. It has grains but its not pebbly. And the best part - it is so light in weight! And the sheen. It brings the colour and the bag to life!! :tup:

ETA Can you tell I'm nuts about chevre?

I hope you will fall in love with this one, I especially love the cyclamen lining and piping~~ think of it as your raisin "training bag" until that raisin chevre comes along:p

i'm looking for RG in Chevre - does anyone have a pic of a bag with this combination ?
I really like RG in clemence, is RG in Chevre similar to that in clemence ?
