I'm with u on that one. We would be :bagslap: over all of them!!! Hopefully, someday, the boutiques will start to order more GH. Until the demand is there, they are still only ordering handful of GH bags these days. I don't mind PH, it's just that with practically every color, the warmth and richness of the GH just blows me away everytime. Granted, I have a good amount of PH bags too, so I'm not that choosy when purchasing willy nilly, but when I order, I almost always order GH.

*sigh* and with my Coromandel preference, who knows when I'd finally get my grail B :crybaby: Oh well..

Do you think PHW has a more 'casual' image than GHW?

I don't think more casual, just a different look all together. I use my GH bags casually as well. I think most people equate gh with the older set, but I really don't. It's all a personal preference. There are a lot of people who wear PH jewelry (silver, platinum, white gold etc) only and won't use a GH bag. I don't match anything. It's just too hard and it doesn't bother me in the least.

All of my bags are GWH, so just call me one of the "Older set!!!!" and proud of it!!! i love the look. i think it makes the colors so much warmer.

Me too...I've tried red over and over and it just doesn't suit me. I had a rouge vif chevre hac with ghw that was fabulous. Couldn't pull off the red though so off it went.
These are so rare and this one is such a good price that I hope it do go to a fellow sister and we get to see more pictures.

ms piggy, I asked at H and they don't have swatches for chevre mangalore. Only mysore and coromandel. The closest they had to fauve I think was cognac and I'm not sure it's me. I however really like vert anis, rouge vif, rouge h and turquoise (and maybe raisin too!). It will have to be an SO :sweatdrop::confused1:. Tending towards a red? (totally off topic but bleu saphir croc is to die for!)

I have seen cognac chevre in person, it's lovely but not me either (can't do all shades of brown for nuts). Vert Anis is a great choice (also seen this IRL), it's a softer green in chevre than in regular leather, nice! Turquoise is def more intense, a lovely pop of colour (but might require a little more thought in co-ordinating the wardrobe). IMO, a red would be the most "neutral" of the lot (though some might argue raisin is quite the neutral too). With H, part of the fun is determining the "colour" of the bag! :yes:

Unfortunately the only picture I could find isn't a nice closeup and this was sold on ebay around a year or so ago...I think it did end up going to another pfer but I can't remember who.....maybe they will see this thread and post!
