The mercer is definitely my favorite out of the group it is a very different hologram then the first version of market tote (more subtle). But I'm debating on whether to pick up the mini backpack as well, to use for running quick errands and such. I haven't owned a back pack since I was in school though lol.

Gorgeous collection. I quoted you because I was going to ask if you like the Mercer or the tote best. I originally wanted the larger Mercer. It wasn't as large as I liked when I saw it in store and I started wanting a spring bag so I forgot all about it. Well, I got a hologram cross body and Hologram tote for Christmas. I probably will send back the cross body (too small). The tote just arrived. Nice but it is mostly purple. The tote seems so plain but ever since getting the Mickey Skinny tote, I'm starting to like that style of bag more. Wondering if I should keep it, exchange for a Mercer Satchel or put $ towards a spring bag. Plus, I went on the website and there was so many different accessories. I'm wondering which wallet matches. There is a Mercer wallet but it looks like there is one that is a better match. Any input appreciated.
Edit - I was so sorry I didn't get anything last year. The Blue one included. So I'm leaning towards getting something from this collection.
I guess I'm obsessed too. Just may be too many options for me.
Can you tell me more about this? My mother keeps talking about a hologram at Macy's that was a brighter color. My research so far is leading me toward this one. Is this a Macy's exclusive?
The Mercer 30 is a bit smaller than I would like too, but the 24 is tiny so for me it was the 30 or nothing. I am trying to move into smaller bags though so maybe this will be a good thing. If not, I'll just keep the bag in my closet as decoration because I love looking at it!
Thank you for reminding me that I should be happy that the hologram soft wallet I got last week has the perfect arrangement of colors, even though it is now available on FOS for $15 less than I paid.
Why are you returning the small wallet from HB? Are you keeping the mini houston? I would have ordered a wallet from HB if they had one that was a style I like. I love my petrol HB phone case.
Ugh, can't decide if I should order another mercer hologram wallet. The 1st one is a really ugly gray-green so I sent it back. The 2nd one is a really pretty deep emerald green but doesn't shift to any other color.
Does the color of the Mercer wallet match the colors of the Mercer satchel? It doesn't look like it matches on the website pic. Thanks.
I personally love the mercer 30 it is the perfect size for me. The market tote is one of the largest bags I own. It's just hit or miss on the color you may get unless you are close by a store which unfortunately I'm not
my mercer has a lot of teal wish I could have got one that shifted different colors a little bit more but other than that I love it. As for the wallets my soft wallet was from last year's hologram collection so I'm not sure if the wallets are the same as the Mercer or same hologram as it was in the first run, haven't personally seen any of the new ones. Sorry not much help there, lol
The Mercer hologram wallet leather material is the same as the Mercer hologram handbag. The only issue is depending on which one you get, the wallet may have more of one color than others but it is the same type of pebble leather.
Thanks! They seem to have another plainer zip around wallet that appears to match. Not sure which one to get now.

Thanks for the info. I'm wondering if I should just order one instead of sending it back. I did see some in store a while back an they did seem to have a stronger shift. Hmm. Decisions, decisions.
I bought both the hologram Mercer wallet and the zip around one. They both match fine because it's the same type of leather BUT color wise because of the hues for my Hologram Mercer, the zip around one matched better while the Mercer one matched my sister's hologram Mercer better!
I love the size of the HB small wallet but they only had a few in stock when I bought it in store and they all had issues. Most had scratches on the clasp and the others were misshapen (I think they were crushed under some heavier SLGs). The one I picked was the best of the bunch but the leather on the exterior is really smooth like it had been used for a while and the interior has some areas where the metallic leather had flaked off. I think those issues will just get worse in time so I decided to return it the next time I'm out. But, as I'm typing this I'm thinking it might be nice to have the matching wallet if I like the mini Houston once it arrives...
As beautiful as these hologram/oil slick bags are it's so hard to get the color combination that we like! I'm glad your soft wallet is the way you want it; I think I would be ok with paying $15 more if the colors were exactly the way I wanted them.
