Hi all, if you have a SA you wouls recommend at 5th ave, could you please dm me? I am trying to get an appointment this week and the SA they connected me with when I called is just not responsive unfortunately...

You have a beautiful collection as does @Notorious Pink. I would say you both are considered big spenders and VIPs compared to the average person. Most people do not get invited to private events, get invited to L’ECOLE, or get the nice Baccarat crystal Christmas gift.

I am talking about the person who buys a pendant or a bracelet every now and then, and there are lots of folks in this category. I think for these folks, going to any SA is fine and the SA does not mind at all.
Well, I’m definitely not even close to VIP, or even “regular” customer. But I’m feeling more comfortable dealing with the same person (not for the sake of gifts) because after few transactions the established SA knows my preferences. F.i. I’m sucker for stationary, and LV constantly releases the seasonal Clemence notebook. However, I don’t like the design of every single one, in fact I’m very picky. My SA by now knows my taste, so 10/10 I’m able to lay my hands on “popular” item only because she notifies me in timely manner. The VCA SA knows that all transactions I like to keep short and sweet, so besides small chat, I’m pretty much in-n-out in no time. However, when I needed to make a readjustment to the sizing well outside of “window”, she was very accommodating, and cherry on the top - she waived the fee. Although, I’m paying for the product, the SA can either enhance my overall experience or somewhat ruin it. I just recently focused my attention on shoes, and let me tell you, the SA in Saks is awesome. Basically, the shoes I planned to purchase didn’t work out for me, but she instantly offered the alternatives that outshined the items I had in mind. She is definitely a keeper for me:-)

Hi all, Can someone recommend a NY based SA? I have purchased a number of pieces both online and in-store and just never connected with an SA. I have fantastic news to commemorate with a VCA purchase and would like an SA that goes above and beyond.

Hi all,
l’m planning a trip to nyc and one of our stops is the VCA store. I’m planning on buying a 5 motif bracelet, still deciding which stone.

Anyways I’ve heard that if you ask for a vca coffee table book they will give you one. However I’ve heard horror stories that if you do this they might be rude to you. If you have done this, how was your experience?
I’m a shy person and I don’t want my experience ruined.

p.s Will not be my first vca purchase. However my first purchase was online. Thanks!

In a flag ship store, I don't think they will be rude to you. I think you need to have real interest in the book and not use the book as a plus when you decide to sell your vca items later.

It's a nice book I especially like the poem that they include in the book. Very inspiring and encouraging.

I got the book on the purchase of the third item, but for first and second item, the SA didn't include the book might not have something to do with the amount of money I spent, it might be due to the shortage of the books. For the third item, I went to another store.

If someone is rude to me, I will just walk out and go to another store.

luxury jewelry stores tend to be quite friendly to prospective clients (assuming that you either make an appointment or they are not too crowded). If they’re too busy for a walk in, one can simply make an appt to come back.

re the coffee table books, they’re usually a gratis add on, assuming the boutique has stock. But there have been a lot of shortages lately, including even jewelry bags etc., so I wouldnt take it personally if they don’t have one to offer. I’m sure if they have some in stock, they would be happy to provide one to a client who is enthusiastic about the brand and who wants to learn more. (I was gifted a few, but I forget if it was an occasion or not).

If you feel that you are not treated in a professional or courteous manner, then I would not shop there. i only shop where I am treated well.

Actually I asked for one there when picking up my purchase. My SA was very nice but told me that they have been out of stock for a while.
She still gave me chocolates and other things and told me that she would send me one if and one they get it.
With Covid they have been super busy in NYC and very low in stock even on basic things such as jewelry cloths.

Interesting I will now definitely ask. Hopefully they have the item I want available!

I don’t think I’ll ever resell any of my pieces. I usually get a vca after a big accomplishment. So they have sentimental value to me. Lol. But I think after all the feed back I will definitely ask for a book!

Same here. I usually purchase a piece to celebrate something in life. But usually they don't have what I am looking for when I want a specific piece and then suddenly when I am not looking, there comes a vca piece.
