Welcome! Some are annual, some are ad hoc....it rather depends on the organizer(s) and the location. I will say that you couldn't ask for more wonderful people to meet up with and meetups are unquestionably a worthwhile reason to stay engaged w/the tPF family...and many of us use that term with the greatest affection. :)

I've just made an Excel spreadsheet of attendees. (It's what I do.)
To date:
  • 21 TPFers have expressed interest in attending.
  • 15 TPFers said definite Yes.
  • 6 Are Maybes
  • 1 person needs 19 posts in order to be included in the meet
Here's what I need:
If you have said Yes, please double check your schedule am PM me to confirm whether you are a YES or a MAYBE. I realize things come up. But finding reservations for this number of people is posing a challenge.

I do not want to say no to people, but I would like a firm commitment.

Hi! I hope I am not too late. If the meetup is May 6, I can definitely attend.

Can't wait to see photos of the meet.
EB, heads off to you for doing this and also back to back with the National Meet. Sounds like the turnout would be almost as big as the National Meet. Should be called an Semi-National Meet !! Have lots of fun.
