There were lots of 90 silks for 230 usd (soie libretto, zodiac, Mykonos (the turtle), and lots of others; 70 globetrotters (Orange and blue H pattern - new libris?) for 189; glam ex libris for 189; silk vintage - the plaid with suitcases ( and more, but that is what i remember)GM cotton astrologies, jersey BdG. Belts galore, RTW including tons of ties, sweaters, shirts for men, sweaters, coats, assorted RTW for women, horse tack, crystal, dinnerware, scarf rings, enamels, bags were mainly the NS tote - not the garden party- for 900plus;

I got (CDC belt ebene leather gold hardware for 735 , size 90
Ex libris glam black color way
a few globetrotters for gifts
Jersey Caleche Elastique orange, dark brown, white for 330
A few shirts for DH
And scarves for mom.

One more report from me probably won't hurt :blushing:

No leather bags or small leather goods (disappointing)
Shoes: lots of boots at $1k+ prices. No jumping boots. Sandals are plenty but honestly the pricing was not attractive at all.
Scarves: plenty and they replenish quickly.
Enamels: small sizes (65) are extremely rare. Larger sizes are plenty.
Ties: lots. Including some classic designs without monkeys etc.
RTW:didn't look.
Home: plenty of crystals, some tea cups (the large mug set was $105. I liked the current collection Le Maison but after I went to my boutique, I was told that Le Maison does not come with the larger size. oh well...

I bought:
two perfume sets
a scarf ring
two scarves
three ties, and
a belt

***Question***
I never had a belt kit before and belt buckles were not available at the sale, so I grabbed a belt. However, when I visited my boutique later, I was informed that Hermes didn't sell buckles separately. Is it true? So nobody could ever have more buckles than belts? Seems a little counter intuitive to me? :confused1:

Brooklynite, good luck finding your buckle. There are recommended resellers that might have them! You can search either the tpf recommended reseller list or discuss resellers thread. I would post the link but I am not on my laptop.

Hi Tesi, if it's the same as BH, the ties were $99 each regardless of whether it was heavy silk or silk twill. I think the limit was 10. They also had 3 crocodile ties, all different colors, which I have to think might have gone to the NYC sale as they're just so expensive. I want to say the sale price was $1700. They were really pretty but just completely impractical. Well, for me at least! :smile1:

It's true. Though if you like the taureg ones, they seem willing to make an exception for those, but they're ~$750. But they are really nice. If you want one, ask to see if they have others as all of them are different.

It's $111 here in NYC. guess everything gets more expensive here :graucho:

There were no small leather goods. No wallets, nothing. Maybe tomorrow? I'd love to go but am still fatiqued after today plus the weather forcast tomorrow is for snow and sleet and freezing rain. Can't wait to hear what's there tomorrow!
