Well, you can pop into the TJ Maxx in Greenvale while you’re there. They had some cute Balenciaga, Gucci, D&G and Bottega bags and a boatload of Valentino RTW.

I stopped by around 3:30 while DS1 was in a lesson nearby. Yawn. They did have a bunch of swift CDCs and Kelly Dogs & Extremes in mellow colors - blue agate, rouge Tomate, gray (Mouette?). Spoke with my SAs, they did say there were no silks offered and just a few GMs, all Tyger Tyger. Still plenty of RTW and odd shoes.

There’s a loophole for NYC, they do not have to have a sample sales anymore. There hasn’t been one in almost 3 years.

The only Hermes sale that happens in NY, is the one out on Long Island by the privatly owned Hermes at Americana Mall.

Are we sure this is true?? Last October was the first year in a while there was no NYC sale and it was held in Chicago instead. The west coast sale has bounced from Beverly Hills to San Francisco to “OrangeCounty over the same time frame. Perhaps H has decided to rotate now?
